The Deputy of the Road Management Center announced the hourly closure of the Haraz road from June 12 to June 15 for road maintenance operations.
Mehdi Mokhbar, Deputy of the Road Management Center, stated that a 65-kilometer stretch of the Haraz road, from the Amol Forest Park area to Ebtahaj, will be closed hourly from June 12 to June 15. The closure is scheduled daily between 08:00 and 17:00. Outside these hours, traffic will flow normally. The closure is necessary for urgent maintenance, including the construction of water drainage channels, girder installation for the Strabako bridge, and gallery repairs. During these hours, motorists are advised to use the alternative routes of Chalus and Firuzkuh.
