The Deputy Minister of Economic Affairs announced that the 'Direct Transport' regulation will be communicated next week to eliminate border queues and move customs procedures to inland customs offices.

Morteza Zamanian, Deputy for Economic Policy at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance, stated that the 'Direct Transport' regulation will be issued next week. Under this plan, import and export trucks will no longer face long delays at borders, as customs processes will be handled at inland customs facilities. This initiative aims to facilitate trade, reduce vehicle downtime, and accelerate the movement of goods. Furthermore, the government is easing unnecessary restrictions on foreign exchange for importers to improve flexibility and speed in the supply of essential goods and production cycles.
