The Shipping Association of Iran (SAOI) has officially issued the tariff booklet for southern port and maritime services for the Iranian calendar year 1405. The publication, titled “Tariff Booklet of Southern Port and Maritime Services – 1405”, consolidates the fee schedules applicable to cargo handling, vessel docking, pilotage, stevedoring and related ancillary services at Iran’s southern seaports. The booklet’s preparation was overseen by a senior team that includes the Secretary‑General of SAOI, the Chairman of the Board, representatives of the Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture, as well as members of the Railway Transport Association and other board members. By providing a single reference for all tariff rates, the document aims to increase transparency and simplify cost calculations for shipping lines, freight forwarders and logistics providers operating in the region. The updated rates replace previous schedules and will be effective from the start of the fiscal period of 1405, supporting better budgeting and contract negotiations for importers and exporters.
