Dubai Customs has extended the flexibility to use 8-digit HS Codes for customs declarations until further notice.
With reference to Customs Notice (10/2025), and to facilitate stakeholders who prefer using 8-digit HS Codes, the existing flexibility under Phase-1 has been extended. Dubai Customs will continue to accept all customs declarations submitted with 8-digit HS classifications until further notice. All other terms and conditions from previous notices remain unchanged.
