Dubai Trade and DP World announce new gate token validity and revised exit procedures at Jebel Ali Port to boost traffic flow and operational efficiency.
To enhance traffic flow at Jebel Ali Port, Dubai Trade and DP World are updating gate access and truck exit processes. Trucks may now arrive up to four hours before their scheduled token time; arrivals earlier than four hours will be denied access. Additionally, trucks leaving Terminal 3 without an Authority inspection must use Main Gate 8, and exiting through Gate 3 is no longer allowed. Stakeholders are invited to use the customised Dubai Trade portal, which offers over 700 e‑services through a single window.
